Witnessed is an advanced AI-powered inspection tool developed by NexusSentry designed to streamline property and vehicle assessments. Traditional inspections for rental properties, vacation homes, and vehicles often rely on scattered photo libraries and tedious manual checklists. Witnessed transforms this process by leveraging artificial intelligence to analyze user-submitted photos and generate comprehensive, professional inspection reports in a matter of minutes.

By utilizing the platform, users can seamlessly upload photos during key milestones such as check-in, move-in, or vehicle pickup, and subsequently compare them against photos taken at check-out or return. The intelligent system automatically identifies visible changes, intelligently distinguishes between normal wear and tear versus potential damage, and compiles the findings into shareable PDF reports designed to mitigate and resolve disputes.
