GetNotes is an innovative AI-powered tool designed to solve a very specific problem in modern workflows: recording and summarizing in-person meetings. While popular transcription tools like Otter and Fireflies are built to join virtual calls on Zoom or other video platforms, GetNotes focuses on the physical room where you actually sit around a table.

With GetNotes, you can record in-person meetings straight from your phone with no app download required and no bot to manage. The platform automatically generates speaker-labelled minutes, comprehensive summaries, key decisions, and action items. Supporting over 90+ languages, GetNotes bridges the gap between physical collaboration and AI-driven productivity. You can test out the service easily, as your first meeting is entirely free.
