About Maestro Snap
Maestro Snap is an innovative home automation tool that turns your Apple Watch into a gesture-controlled remote for your smart home. By simply pointing your arm at a device—like a lamp—and snapping your fingers, you can control it effortlessly. Instead of relying on complex menus or voice commands, Maestro Snap teaches your Apple Watch the spatial layout of your home.
The setup process involves "painting" each device once by sweeping your arm toward it. From that point on, the watch recognizes what you are aiming at. The system also learns from your corrections over time, improving its accuracy with continued use. Designed with privacy and simplicity in mind, Maestro Snap requires no cameras, no hubs, and no cloud connectivity.
Maestro Snap integrates smoothly with popular platforms including Apple Home and Home Assistant. It is free to try for a single device, with a one-time fee of $8.99 to unlock full-house capabilities.
