About MadFocus
MadFocus is a specialized iPhone app blocker designed specifically for individuals who routinely ignore polite Screen Time reminders and gentle productivity prompts. Instead of softly asking you to put your phone down, MadFocus takes a tough-love approach by calling out your excuses with direct, unfiltered copy the moment you attempt to open a blocked app.
If you stubbornly insist on scrolling anyway, MadFocus forces you to interrupt your habit loop by completing one of six unique unlock challenges. These hurdles include reading aloud, typing a confession, facing yourself on camera, watching a life countdown, reviewing your core goal, or finishing an ultimatum video. Tailor your focus style for work, study, fitness, or general discipline, set a short access window if needed, and get back to what actually matters.
