About Continuum
Continuum is a private, native Mac application designed specifically for team leaders and managers who want a thoughtful, organized way to track their observations and understanding of the people they lead.
Unlike traditional management or HR tools that rely on automated scoring and rigid corporate metrics, Continuum takes a qualitative, human-centered approach. It allows you to document your perspective on each direct report, tag observations gathered during your 1:1 meetings, and maintain a clear historical record as your understanding evolves over time.
Privacy is a core foundation of Continuum. Built by developer Roland Leth, the app keeps all information strictly local. There are no corporate reports, no arbitrary performance scores, and nothing that ever leaves your Mac, ensuring your sensitive notes and thoughts remain completely confidential.
