About Cercle
Cercle is a social wellness app built to address the loneliness epidemic by fostering deeper, proactive connections among close friends. Positioned as "the bat signal for your closest friends," Cercle removes the friction and guesswork involved in checking in on the people who matter most to you.
The app allows users to perform quick emotional check-ins with themselves and broadcast their mood updates either to specific close friends or to their entire group (their "Cercle"). By displaying live mood updates directly on a custom home-screen widget, Cercle ensures you know how your friends are feeling in real time—enabling you to offer support before they even have to ask.
Created by builder Sheeta Verma after watching friends struggle in silence, Cercle shifts digital communication away from superficial social networking toward meaningful emotional awareness and timely support.
